What are good qualities of a person working in advertising?

Im writing an essay for an internship at an advertising company and I need some ideas. Please let me know if you work for an advertising company and what you look for in interns and employees.
Talk about positioning a business. Talk about amazing concepts that drive a product – simplicity, creativity, and relativity.
7up was called the "un-cola" – this allowed consumers to relate 7up as a soda, but something cool enough not be a cola. This drove 7up sales through the roof and put it ahead of sprite.
Don’t be a company you’re not. Avis said "go with us because we’re #2" – this drove sales through the roof. When they went back to saying theyre #1, this strategy knocked their strategic vision.
