I am cooking a goose on the 26th, and know I have to use apples, but what else?

Traditionally we in Hamburg, stuff the goose with apples, a special one "Belle de Boskoop". It is sweet sour. http://www.orangepippin.com/apples/belle-de-boskoop.aspx
and raisins. Don“t forget a spoonful of mugwort. It is good for the digestion of the fat. Greetings from Hamburg, Germany Heinz
Beer.
Why don’t you just go to GOOGLE and enter "GOOSE RECIPES"? any time I am looking for a recipe that is EXACTLY how I get it.
Chestnuts!
Onions and sausages
