  • What restaurants are willing to hire people with little experience?

I’m 18, graduated, and ready to work. Problem is I have never worked before and have zero skills. Lol

So what chain restaurants would be willing to train someone like me?

You have to start somewhere. You’re not born with experience. I started at Burger King 2 months ago at age 16 with no experience.

I was in High School and wanted to get a job, so I went to Mc Donald’s, filled out an application, had what they called an interview and got hired.

Unless you are wanting to get hired on as a Manager, getting hired on to work in fast food requires ZERO experience. When you go there, make sure you are dressed nicely, not overdressed, and you have a friendly personality.

Make sure that the person hiring you knows that you are a fast learner, that you work well with others and that you are available if someone calls in sick and they need someone to fill in.

Find a restaurant and befriend one of the employees. Let them be your in for getting hired. This is the easiest way.

Pretty much ANY fast food restaurant will hire someone with no experience for a non-management position…. I would try McDonalds, Burger King, or maybe Subway… I worked at McDonalds at age 15 and Subway at age 22. McDonalds or Burger King would probably be your best bet though.

Normally all chains will hire you but you will have to start out as the low man on the totem pole. I would apply for busser. That is the low man and it’s not hard to clear a table. You will move up the line, eventually. If you don’t want to work at that kind of restaurant, go for Mcdonalds. They will hire anyone!

Any of them if you don’t live in Phoenix Arizona they have freeze on hiring there. I say just apply at any of them the best fit will find you!

Little Caesars inside of Kmart is one place with no experience necessary.
