With the dip in oil prices will the price of fixed budgets for home heating fuels such as oil, natural, gas & propane see a reduction as well?
It is propane for .05 a gallon.

A friend of mine & his sister love to cook meals as a way to show caring, but I can’t stand their cooking. I am grateful and very appreciative of the gesture and always gracious. But, I can’t keep "nibbling around the edges’ indefinitely. How do I gently discourage their making food for me?

How to adjust heating element on coffeemaker?

We have a new Black & Decker Spacemaker coffeemaker, the under-the-counter style. We LOVE this design. It’s a great spacesaver, the water tank is super easy to fill and carry without spilling, and the coffee pot pours without spilling a drop. The only down side is the coffee isn’t hot enough. I’m a pretty good tinkerer, but wanted to get some advice before tackling the guts of my coffeemaker. Does anybody know how to adjust the heating element to make the coffee hotter? Thanks bunches!

Do I have to adjust the cooking time if I am cooking 2 things at the same time in the oven?

I’m a newlywed and just learning to cook so this might be a stupid question. I’m cooking meatloaf and pineapple casserole in the oven tonight & if I’m cooking them at the same time, do I need to, say, cook them both longer than the recipe calls for or just stay w/what the recipe says? Thanks.

Where can i get a mini electric heating element operating on regular 110V AC Current? I need to keep a metal surface Approx 5×3 inches & approx 1/16th inch thick consistently Warm. (Temperature does not matter, i can regulate it with a dimmer). Considered using the innards of a soldiering iron tip/ curling iron’s makeshift element but if anyone has a better idea for parts please do share.

if there are restaurants closeby the Comfort Inn & Suites in Sequoia Natoinal Park, that are not necessarily inside the park: such as any fast food places, good restaurants, etc. Not necessarily the ones that are inside the park.

What does it mean when your straightner stops heating up?

I was straightning my hair and out of now were it quit heating up. I tryied unplugging it and re plugging it into a different socket but it just won’t heat up now. The light still goes on though. Does anyone know how to fix it?! Please. && If you know why please tell me because that always happens with my straightners even the nice ones.

I own a smokehouse (fish, cheese & butter) and currently sell direct to the public. How might I branch out and sell to restaurants? I’m thinking they either buy their product from Costco, a distributor or lightly smoke their own products in house. I’d like to branch out to selling to restaurants in order to boost our business as currently we rely mostly on tourism and locals. We have superior product…I’m just not sure we can compete with Costco prices.
